Impromptu Shopping Day -
Well, if you know me one iota, you know I loathe shopping on a Saturday. Akkkk! The crowds, the people, the crabby-ness of everyone who had a day off of work and doesn’t want to be shopping….I just don’t like to do it. But, Friday night I was shoe shopping online and saw (at 10:40 PM) that Kohls was having a 50% off sale on Fri/Sat. I told my man, “we have to go” and so, we did.
Kohls was on the agenda for this week (Spring Break) anyway and to get a great sale on top of it – it was worth a trip out on Saturday.
In hopes of not dealing w/ a crowd, we left the house at 7:15 and were there when the store opened at 8. It was quiet and we had the store to ourselves, ahhhhh…it was my kind of shopping.
As a bonus – they were giving out certificates for $5 and $10 when you spent certain amounts. This week I am going back to Kohls w/ a $50 certificate. Oh yeah baby, we did some shopping! I love Kohls.
And the funny thing is – I didn’t get any shoes. LOL!~G
