you can make it at home depot, i've seen my father do it with cans and concrete with plastic tubing and a line.

@Mother_Moonie - LOL Trace - that is just clothes line wire that we bought at WM for 3.97 a spool (it is 50 feet in ea spool) and we had to buy these hoo-cha-my-dingers (technical term) to hold them on. All total (because I have 2 lines) it cost us under $15. I figured it was cheaper than going to the laundrymat and a lot nicer than sitting in one. :)
